Such a great place to visit during the summer.

Rows and rows of flowers are in bloom. 

Did I mention you can get a snowcone while you're there?

Perfect for a hot day strolling through Washington Park.

The vista house up at crown point is a must see when traveling along the scenic columbia river highway.

Beautiful views of the gorge.

Our final destination was the chittenden locks and botanical gardens.  

It was the most wonderful day we have spent in Seattle. 

Next stop: Astoria, Oregon.

The Bloedel Reserve is located on Bainbridge Island.

It was such a quiet and beautiful place to visit. 

The reserve has various types of gardens to walk through.

It was the highlight of our trip! 

our eventful seattle day trip. first up: seattle ferry!

Since me and the Mr. have visited Seattle a few times recently, we wanted to try something new. We decided on the Seattle ferry for our fun adventure. Our destination was Bainbridge Island. 

And the views were amazing!
