Well the hotel for our San Francisco road trip is officially booked, but not without countless hours and internet searches later.
I took for granted the complimentary free parking and no sales tax we receive here in Oregon. Wow, did that make hotel prices too spendy. $50+tax for parking a night!? (yikes!)
But tripadvisor, who I use every time I plan our little trips, saved the day once again and recommended a lovely inn only a few blocks from Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. Did I mention it has free parking!
So in less than two months, we're heading south!
