Using a template of holiday silhouettes, I printed them out on cardstock and covered them with Martha Stewart tinsel glitter.
Next, I bought mini clothespins and sprayed them with white acrylic paint.
I chose to fix the strand of completed silhouettes to a strand of garland.
My finished DIY holiday garland!
