woodburn tulip festival.

I am finally getting around to blogging about last weekend's events, other life events have been stealing my time this week (more on that later). Last Saturday, Stephen and I drove out to Woodburn to see the tulip festival. Having been to Holland during the summer, I desperately wanted to see their tulip fields, but we were visiting in the wrong season. The annual festival here in Oregon was the next best thing. It was a gorgeous spring day and while there were a lot of people, it was quite enjoyable. Beautiful tulips in numerous colors filled one very large field. We had a great time!
