This past week I finally got to use my coveted kitchen aid mixer I got for Christmas. I was a little nervous the hype would not live up to my expectation, but oh how I was wrong. The quickness and ease of use was astonishing. It took me half the time to bake than normal. In trying to use of fruit I bought, I made banana bread.
I am a very happy girl. Let the baking commence, in moderation of course. Christmas is over. I have no excuses.
Fun fact: I love anything banana flavored, but hate actual bananas. Try that one on for size.
