In August, Stephen and I spent one of the hottest days of the summer in Astoria. It had been a few years since we've visited, and I completely forgot how charming the town was with great antique shops and restaurants. We ended up heading up to Long Beach in Washington to enjoy a breeze since the heat was just too intense. An amazing summer day.
